2. Membership Eligibility
   2.1. Members must be at least 18 years old.
   2.2. Members must provide valid identification and proof of age, (Proof of ID or Drivers).
   2.3. Membership is subject to approval by African Highs and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.

3. Membership Benefits
   3.1. Access to exclusive events, products, and offers.
   3.2. Regular updates and newsletters on the latest cannabis news and products.
   3.3. Discounts on selected items.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
   4.1. African Highs is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the membership application process will be used solely for club-related activities.
   4.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Legal Compliance
   5.1. Members must comply with all South African laws and regulations regarding the use and possession of cannabis.
   5.2. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of cannabis products is legal in their jurisdiction.

6. Responsible Adult Use 
   6.1. Cannabis products from African Highs are strictly for adult use only
   6.2. Members should consult with a healthcare professional before using any cannabis products, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking other medications.

7. Clone Nursery
   7.1. African Highs provides cannabis clones specifically for clients, who assume responsibility for these clones upon purchase.
   7.2. We are not liable for any issues arising from the care, growth, or final use of clones after purchase. Clients must ensure they are capable of providing proper care and meeting all legal requirements related to the clones.

8. Conduct
   8.1. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
   8.2. Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

9. Liability
   9.1. African Highs is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of cannabis products.
   9.2. Members use cannabis products at their own risk and are responsible for any legal or health issues that may arise.

10. Amendments
    10.1. African Highs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
    10.2. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.

11. Termination of Membership
    11.1. Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying African Highs in writing.
    11.2. African Highs reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion, particularly if a member violates these terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law
    12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
    12.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
